ACMI Lease

ACJ ACMI Lease, Wet Lease and Charter

ACJ ACMI lease options

For an ACJ ACMI lease or charter enquiry, start with your itinerary, passenger numbers and cabin requirements. Then provide your dates, operating base and any flexibility.

ACJ318, ACJ319 and ACJ320
Airbus Corporate Jets with individually configured interiors
ACJ319neo and ACJ320neo
ACJneo family with newer-generation engines
ACJ TwoTwenty
Airbus Corporate Jet based on the A220-100

Potential aircraft options for assessment. An aircraft is considered available only after confirmation by ACMI Lease and, where applicable, by the responsible AOC holder for the proposed programme.

ACMI Lease assesses Airbus Corporate Jet requirements for corporate travel, delegations, private groups and aircraft replacement programmes. Each proposal depends on the individual aircraft, its interior and the intended operation.

An ACJ wet lease provides an agreed aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance package. Alternatively, an ACJ charter can cover a dedicated flight, return journey or series. The right arrangement depends on your travel programme and how you intend to use the aircraft.

Choosing an Airbus Corporate Jet

ACJ318, ACJ319 and ACJ320 aircraft can have very different interior layouts. For example, one aircraft may prioritise meeting and lounge space, while another provides more passenger seats or rest areas. Specify the facilities you need so the proposal can address them.

The ACJneo family comprises the ACJ319neo and ACJ320neo. These are distinct from the earlier ACJ319 and ACJ320 variants and use newer-generation engines. However, the model name alone does not establish the seating layout, onboard facilities or suitability for your route.

The ACJ TwoTwenty is based on the Airbus A220-100. Include it in your enquiry if its cabin and operating characteristics may suit the requirement. The responsible operator must assess the actual aircraft against your itinerary.

Cabin, passenger and route requirements

First, confirm the total passenger numbers. For overnight journeys, also specify how many travellers need sleeping accommodation. Seating and sleeping capacities can differ, so ask for the approved seating plan and details of the interior offered.

Next, identify meeting space, dining arrangements, privacy, baggage, catering and connectivity needs. Cabin layouts may include lounge, meeting, dining and rest areas, depending on the aircraft. Confirm each requested facility in the proposal.

Practical range depends on the aircraft, fuel configuration, cabin weight and passenger load. In addition, winds, reserves and airport conditions affect the flight plan. Share every sector so the operator can assess airport suitability and whether a fuel stop is necessary.

Planning an ACJ ACMI lease

ACMI covers aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance. The supplying AOC holder operates under its Air Operator Certificate and retains the applicable operational responsibilities. Read what an ACMI lease includes for the wider service structure.

For a wet lease programme, provide the proposed contract period and expected utilisation. Also explain whether the aircraft will operate from one base or follow a changing itinerary. These details help define positioning, crew planning and ground support.

  • Start date, contract duration and schedule flexibility.
  • Operating base, destinations and proposed flight times.
  • Expected block hours, sectors and time on the ground.
  • Passenger numbers, seating layout and sleeping requirements.
  • Baggage, catering, connectivity and onboard service needs.
  • Aircraft-age, interior or technical restrictions.
  • Positioning, crew accommodation and ground-support requirements.

The offer should identify the aircraft, responsible AOC holder, utilisation commitment and commercial terms. It should also clearly allocate fuel, handling, airport charges, positioning, crew accommodation and other programme costs.

ACJ charter for corporate and private travel

An Airbus Corporate Jet charter may suit a delegation, executive group or private travel programme requiring a dedicated aircraft. Provide the complete itinerary, including return flights and any days between sectors. Then explain which cabin features matter most.

For example, a multi-city journey with overnight stops needs a different assessment from a same-day return flight. Ground time, aircraft positioning and crew arrangements can affect the proposal.

Select FULL CHARTER in the request form for a whole-aircraft flight or series. Select ACMI for a wet lease programme. For the wider group travel service, see aircraft charter flights for organised groups.

How ACMI Lease develops the proposal

Depending on the requirement, the solution may involve aircraft owned or managed by ACMI Lease, aircraft placed or dry-leased with partner AOC holders, aircraft acquired or financed with our involvement, established AOC-partner capacity or selected third-party capacity.

The proposal should identify the exact ACJ variant, cabin specification and operating arrangements. In particular, assess the offered seating plan and aircraft details against your priorities. A model description alone does not confirm suitability or availability.

ACJ ACMI lease questions

What affects an ACJ ACMI lease quotation?

The aircraft, cabin specification, dates, operating base, contract duration and utilisation affect the quotation. In addition, positioning, crew arrangements and onboard service requirements influence the cost. Provide your schedule so the offer can identify these items.

How many passengers can an ACJ carry?

The approved layout of the individual aircraft determines its passenger capacity. Airline seating figures do not describe a completed corporate jet interior. Therefore, provide your passenger numbers and ask for the seating plan of the aircraft offered.

Can we request short-term replacement capacity?

Yes. Send the first required flight, dates, passenger numbers and cabin requirements. However, lead time depends on aircraft location, maintenance status, crew readiness, positioning and the necessary approvals.
